The Aoshide central feeding system adopts vacuum conveying method, which transports raw materials from storage tanks to the central dehumidification and drying system through a centralized pipeline system, and then transports the dried raw materials to each molding machine. It is suitable for centralized monitoring and management of large-scale plastic product production.

They can also be directly operated on the operation screen, fully realizing bidirectional communication, information sharing, and intelligent operation
Real time monitoring of all external signals of the system, the working status of the system, and possible faults that may occur
The entire system is equipped with real-time display and alarm output for system faults, and standard alarm devices for motor overload, reverse phase, and material shortage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

This central conveying system can control 1-16 vacuum pumps and 1-384 feeding machines. The standard machine configuration software capacity can centrally transport and feed 384 injection molding machines
