Product Introduction

The Aoshide central feeding system adopts vacuum conveying method, which transports raw materials from storage tanks to the central dehumidification and drying system through a centralized pipeline system, and then transports the dried raw materials to each molding machine. It is suitable for centralized monitoring and management of large-scale plastic product production.


○ Used for centralized dehumidification and drying of raw materials, with a moisture content that can be controlled below 200ppm;

This series uses a microcomputer P I. D. Temperature control system, precise temperature control;

○ Adopting the original imported Nijiasi brand full molecular sieve honeycomb dehumidification wheel from Japan, the dehumidification effect is better and more stable;

○ Taiwan Yangming solid-state SSR heating control, equipped with fast melting fuse tube and cooling fan, stable power output, avoiding frequent impact on the power grid;

Equipped with a detachable cooler, return air heat exchange, reducing energy consumption;

○ Dehumidification air outlet temperature display function;

After dehumidification, the dew point of the air can be lowered to below -40 ℃

Pre compiled user programs can be inputted and stored in the CPU of a programmable controller through a computer, and can be controlled by touching the screen. They can also be directly operated on the operation screen, fully realizing bidirectional communication, information sharing, and intelligent operation

Real time monitoring of all external signals of the system, the working status of the system, and possible faults that may occur

The entire system is equipped with real-time display and alarm output for system faults, and standard alarm devices for motor overload, reverse phase, and material shortage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Adopting modular design, the hardware can be freely expanded to facilitate customers to gradually increase production scale, without the need to add or replace host control computers or upgrade control software

Value added management and remote control: The Enma control host computer is equipped with independent USB and network interfaces, which can be connected to the computer for real-time monitoring and operation, remote control through the network, and regular after-sales routine inspection services. Users can also conveniently download programs and read data through the network and USB interfaces

This central conveying system can control 1-16 vacuum pumps and 1-384 feeding machines. The standard machine configuration software capacity can centrally transport and feed 384 injection molding machines

Both PLC and expansion modules are made of Siemens brand, with stable control performance;

All output controls of the PLC are isolated through intermediate relays to prevent damage to the PLC caused by external short circuits and other factors;
